Two more days to go! It still has not sunk in yet that in two days I will be retired. I know that this is the only thing that I have been writing about. I think it is my way of reaching the reality of it all. Wow, it is really happening.
I saw Pirates IV for the second time yesterday and I liked it better the second time. It is an action packed movie and has so much going on that I really missed so much the first time. It is a very witty movie. If you want a fun relaxing movie then go see Pirates of the Caribbean IV.
Next Sunday I go on tour with the Teens Loving Christ choir (TLCs) from my church. It is a teen choir with 7th through 12th graders that sing every Sunday at the 9:25 service. Every year they go on a mission trip. I got involved in the choir when Carrie was a 7th grader and stay involved even after Jenny graduated High School. This will be my 14th tour. I am very honored to be a part of this choir. The kids are great and I love spending time with each and every one of them. They have so much to offer. It will be an eight day trip to Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee. Tonight is the last rehearsal before we hit the road.
