Lake Mindon Thousand Trails

We are in Nicolaus, CA and we are staying at Lake Mindon Thousand Trails RV Resort.  We have stayed here last year around this time when we were working our way down from Washington state to southern California.  Lake Mindon TT  is a nice location in the grassy plains of  the Sacramento valley.  It has a 41acre lake that is surrounded by Eucalyptus trees.  The RV resort has a relaxing presence about which makes it easy to just sit back and relax.  There are over 160 campsites, 3 rental trailers and 7 cabins.  The real reason we have returned to Lake Mindon is that it is the closet RV resort to Sacramento.  The reason we came back to Sacramento is to help celebrate Tim's Grandma's 94th Birthday which is this Friday.  Tim's Mom and one of Tim's brothers are also here to help celebrate her day.  Today we are headed to Sacramento this morning to meet up with the family and see Tim's Grandma.
