Our Little Cabin on Wheels traveled really well. It took a bit more gas to get to Florida but it was still an easy drive even pulling the Little Cabin. We did get some strange looks as people passed and we had one "jerk" that put down their window and kept pointing at the cabin. Tim pulled over to see it something was wrong but all was good. Like I said we had one jerk. At the rest stop and gas stations had lots of nice comments. People thought it was cute. We had one small slowdown on I-26 just south of Asheville, NC where a car chase had just ended and there were about 30 police officers that had a black truck surrounded with guns out. It ended peacefully but it did create a back up.
We are all set up at NAS Jax campground and it feels like we are home since this is where we would stay whenever we were "home". Check back later today for our pictures of our campsite!
