Playing Mommy Again

It is nice to know that even when your children are adults and have families of their own they still occasionally need mommy.  Poor Rory and now Jenny have come down with a Spring cold and Rory is getting through it well but this cold is beating up Jenny pretty good.  She was doing pretty good until yesterday afternoon when she became couch/bed bound. So it is mommy to the rescue!  Last night after putting Rory to bed Jenny came into my room plopped herself on the bed and wanted to watch tv with me.  So we watched the movie “Mother’s Day”.  Jenny hadn’t seen it but and we both loved it.  It was an appropriate time to watch it too.  Jenny is not feeling much better today so I guess I get to be a mommy for another day!
