Every Thousand Trails RV Resort that we stayed at has a Miniature Golf Course. We have stayed at many and yet never utilized the free miniature golf at the resort and instead go into town and pay $10 to $20 each to play Miniature Golf. Well that changed yesterday when we actually played miniature golf. The temperatures have finally dropped to a cool 93 degrees and so we finally took advantage and did some things around the RV resort. So, we have a new challenge while we are traveling; we are going to play at least one game of miniature golf at each Thousand Trails RV resort that we stay at. By November that will be 22 games at 22 TT RV resorts. One down, 21 one to go!
Today is a travel day and we will be leaving Indiana and head to my home town, Chicago, IL.
I am looking forward to seeing family and friends and checking out my old neighborhood and seeing the sights of Chicago and the surrounding area. I will also be headed up to Lake Geneva, WI, we had a summer cottage there and spent several summers at Lake Geneva either at our cottage or my Grandmother's cottage. So, here we come Chicago; 'My Kind of Town, Chicago Is'.
