Yesterday was laundry day and it was time. We had gone three weeks without doing laundry which is as long as I would ever want to go again. For your information we did not have to 're wear' anything which means we have enough clothing to last that long. So, I did the laundry and hung around the Adult Lounge; the laundry and the adult lounge are next to each other which is nice. I could work on the computer and watch the Olympics while the clothes were washing and drying.
I did get a chance to get some more pictures of the lakes here in the resort and even caught a nice sunset. The lakes cannot be used for swimming but fishing and small boats are okay.
The Olympics have been great and dramatic too! Ryan Lochne's race last night was a bit surprising but Missy Franklin's Gold was great considering she only had 14 minutes between races. The Men's Gymnastics was full of drama last night. There were some great moments and there were some terrible moments, especially for the US team. Then the controversy of the medals.
China had gold all the way, but the medal jumping after that was definitely entertaining. It made for a good ending on the third day of the Olympics. Go USA!
