My Mom had another surprise yesterday, a friend from Orange Park, FL stopped by for a visit. My mom's very good friend, Mary Lou and her husband Micky stopped by while in they were in the San Diego area visiting their grandson. Mary Lou had called me a couple of days ago to tell me she was going to in the area and wanted to visit my Mom. So, we made plans and yesterday morning I went to my Mom's residence to go to church with her. I had my mom meet me in the Bistro before church and when my mom entered the Bistro she saw her friends Mary Lou and Micky standing there. She could not believe it. She was so happy to seen them. It had been 18 months since she had seen them.
My sister, Pam, and I left so that they could spend some time together. When I talked to my mom later last night she said they had a good time together. It was a good day for all!
