Project Day

Yes, it was a Project Day.  I did a few projects for my sister's Stamp N Stack.  This is her Christmas Stamp N Stack and she always has a great turn out for it.  This year is no exception.  She has so many participants that she is going to have three different sessions.  I am helping her get everything ready for the SNS including some of the door prizes and the cooking for it.  She has some great things planned and I am so happy I will be here to participate and help out.
Today is our last day at Camp Pendleton for a couple of weeks.  It has been interesting here.  The camp ground is pretty full and we have had some interesting neighbors. We have also had some interesting sounds going on all around us.  Since we have been here we have been treated to non stop helicopters flying over head, artillery firing and some sort of sonic boom noises.  We expect these noises and accept it since we are here using the facilities.  I am not complaining I am just sharing about out surroundings; it is just part of the charm.  The weather has been great since we have arrived in southern California but, according to the weather, things are about to change.  We will see!
I try not be be political and even though I do not care for the results of this election I am glad it is over and I am hoping that these next four years will be helpful and not hurtful to my family and friends.  We live in a great Country and I wish and hope it will stay great!  As I said earlier...we will see!  Happy Day After the Election...at least the political ads will be through for a little while!
