Yesterday was just a lazy day. We needed the break after our weekend. We hung around the campgrounds. There is a beautiful lake that you do not want to swim in because of Aligators. I did not see any but you know they are there. There are two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a miniture golf course, a driving range, six horse shoe pits, twelve shuffle board courts (during the winter this is the hot spot of the park). There is a huge community center building with a small cafe, craft room, tv room that holds Wii contests, ballroom, game room, and some quiet rooms for reading, using your computer, etc. Okay, so hanging around the campground has its perks.
Today we will be doing some more local sightseeing. Not sure which direction we will go. If we go North there is a great winery to visit. If we go west we could head to Lakeland or Tampa. If we go south we could visit Winter Haven or go east and visit Disneyworld, Kissiminee, Orlando, etc. Either way there are things to see and do. Which way will we go? You will have to wait for tomorrow's post!
