A Busy Day

We had a very busy day!  Tim and I had to have bloodwork done for our yearly physicals and then he had to do a stress test and other tests done for his yearly heart check up.  During his tests I was fortunate to have lunch with three great friends who were willing to occupy my time while waiting for Tim.  Thank Robin, Debbie and Debbie.  We ate at Panero Bread which is always good and the weather was so nice we ate outside.  When Tim was done, we ran  some errands and on our way home we decided to stop by and see our neighbors where we use to live, Dave and Reba.  They lived right next door and they were great neighbors and friends.  We also saw our old house which is now painted green.  Not a pretty green but a green that reminds me of the green liquid that came out of Linda Blair in 'The Exercist'.  It made the house kind of disappear and almost non existenent.  Too bad it was once a pretty house!  We did have a really nice visit with Dave and Reba and I even got a piece of Reba's homemade Pineapple Upsidedown cake.  It was delicious!  We got back to the campsite and enjoyed the rest of our evening relaxing by the lake watching another beautiful sunset.  It is good to be home!
We did walk around the campground and and I took a few pictures.  We are staying in the James E Johnson memorial campgrounds. Next door to us is another campground that has been expanded for more RV sites but with no sewer hook ups.  We are going to check that out today.  We have nice site with a decent view of the lake.  We are going to check out more of the base and since it is going to be such a nice day, in the mid 80s, we will do most of it down by the lake.
