We went golfing again at our favorite golf course in Panama City Beach, Signal Hill. It is a nice course that is fairly easy to play. We started the morning at the Blue Top again for breakfast then headed over to the golf course. We all did pretty good, I had a better round than last time just a couple of bad holes.
After golf we decided to have a late lunch - early dinner and went to Tacky Jacks. We had gone there for dessert the first Sunday we were here but we wanted to try it for dinner. The food was good. Everyone liked what they ordered except Tim. We intended on getting dessert but we were all so full from dinner we decided to forget it. Besides, we already know it is good. After dinner, we went to the pier to check out the sunset and we noticed a helicopter hovering over a boat in the Gulf. We were thinking rescue at sea and watched what was going on. We then realized it was a military maneuver but still neat to watch. The sunset was pretty but got lost up on the clouds again. Our first sunset here has still been the best yet but we have another two weeks here so there is still time to see more.
Today will be our last day of fishing and we are going to fish a little differently hoping to find more Ma hi to catch. Check back tomorrow and see what happens!
Just a reminder, I am running a little contest to name our next journey. North/Midwest/Northwest/South Journey is just a little lengthy and not very imaginative so I am asking for a new name. The winner will get a souvenir from one of our destinations and you choose the destination you want to have the souvenir come from. You can submit as many suggestions as you would like but please have your entries in by Monday May 28th. The winner will be announced May 30. You can leave your entry by comment on this blog or email me. Good luck and Thanks!
