Camp Pendleton Beach
It was a beautiful day yesterday so after lunch Tim and I decided to go down to the beach at Camp Pendleton. It was a clear day with no coastal fog and the Pacific Ocean was so blue. The beach is run by the Del Mar Beach Club and Camp Grounds. It is a large beach with lots of room, cabanas for rent and facilities near by. The camp ground is next to the beach area and there is a levy that creates the lagoon where the marina is located. There are also cabins for rent right on the beach. The sand is nice and by the water is very cool. The ocean was also a bit cool yesterday and it might take a while to get use. We walked the beach, climbed the levy and walked some more. It was a nice way to spend the afternoon.
