It was a long day but a great Saturday. It started early (at 6:30 am) making lunch for Pam's SAS. Participants in the SAS started arriving around 9:00, it started at 10:00, and it stayed steady with card making, having lunch, winning door prizes and just having fun. I have made some wonderful friends during our stay here in California and I will miss my California family and friends when we leave. After the SAS we headed to San Juan Capistrano to celebrate my sister in law's, Karyn, birthday. It is a big one and so we ate at a very good restaurant and had a great evening together. Of course my sister Pam and I had to give Karyn some old age gifts and she took them all in stride. It was good to be back with my Mom, Craig, Karyn, Pam, Brian and Tim and we had so much fun.
Today is the Superbowl and I like to watch it but it is mostly for the commercials. However, I have been rooting for the Sam Francisco 49ers all season so I can't quit now. Go 49ers! Happy Superbowl Sunday!
