Superbowl Sunday

Superbowl Sunday is a great Sunday for parties and family activities.  We went to a Superbowl party and had a great time.  We were all going for the San Francisco 49ers and let's just say the first half there were a lot of bored people watching the games.  Not even the commercials were that great.  I know GoDaddy.com wanted the "shock factor" and they got it.  It was a little too much for mixed audiences.  My favorite was the Clydesdale's one; so cute, it almost left a tear in my eye. The second half of the game was so much better.  It did seem that the commercials were all be all used up due to the power outage.  Funny that a freaky thing like a power outage would happen in New Orleans during Mardi Gras.  Go figure!  Anyway, the 49ers did not win but they did give us a good game.  The friends were great, the good was good, and the entertainment did not disappoint.  Thanks to all who made it fun!  So long to the NFL Football Season.  You were entertaining and helped fill some downtime hours; see you next Fall!
