The Big Announcement

A few days ago I said there would be a big announcement over the week end and so the day has come for the announcement.  We are going to be taking a break from traveling and settle down for a while.  We are going to be parking and continue to live in our RV in Parrottsville, Tennessee.  We have been given an offer we can't refuse and stay on the Francisco Farm for a while.  They have graciously offered us a spot to park and stay for as long as we would like to.  This doesn't mean we are stopping our travels but instead we will continue to travel but use motels along the way instead of the RV.
We have been traveling for over three years straight (1193 days). We began our travels on June 21, 2011 and will end our current trip on August 26, 2014.  It has been great and Tim, Shadow and I have enjoyed every minute of it.  We have traveled over 39,000 miles, visited 32 states and visited family and friends along the way.  We have visited several National parks and monuments, state parks, and have covered a lot of history in this great country of ours.  We are ready to take a break but it won't be long before we will hit the road again.  Meanwhile, I will continue to blog daily but it will be all sorts of things that I will be sharing.  I will continue to blog on this site but I also will be creating a new blog soon.   I will share the blog with you all!
