Lake Minden Thousand Trails is located in Nicolaus, CA in the grassy plains of Sacromento Valley. It has over 150 campsites along with rental cabins and trailers. There is a 41 acre lake that is surrounded by eucalyptus trees. It has all the amenities including a little country store. The lake is stocked with cat fish and bass for fishing. It is about 30 minutes from Sacramento.
It was a short drive yesterday, a little over an hour, so we did not rush to leave. People seem very friendly here. The staff is helpful and our neighbors are very friendly. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted and spent a little over an hour talking instead of setting up the RV. This TT resort is pretty full. It is the fullest TT we have been at since last March when we were in Orlando and Wauchula. We found a nice campsite with grass so Shadow cam play in the grass. One more stop and we head to Yosemite.
