Day One of the New Year...Complete!

Well, the first day of the New Year has been completed which is also the official end to holidays.  Now that it is over the holidays flew by so quickly.  The holidays were wonderful for Tim and I and the only thing that would have made them even better would to have also celebrated with our children.  Yesterday, I returned to Menifee (Tim has been here but I have spent the majority of my time in Carlsbad) and saw some beautiful snow covered mountains.  It was so beautiful and it reminded me a lot of Mount Rainer and Mount Shasta.  So, with my new camera, I got some pretty good pictures.  I am still learning the camera and I hope, with practice, that I will have it down by the time we get to Hawaii.   So, Happy New Year to all!
